What are your opening hours?

You can place an order on the website 24 hours a day.

Have you a Showroom I can visit?

Unfortunately we do not have a Showroom at this stage, our Products are only available to order online which enables us to keep our costs low.

Do I need an account to order from the Website?

You do not need an account with us, anyone can place an order.

I want more information on a product and some more pictures?

Email us on bubblemoon2017@gmail.com specifying what you need to know and we will send you as much information as we can.

Is there a minimum Order?

No you can spend as little or as much as you like.

When will I receive my Order?

We ask you to allow 7 Working Days for your Order to arrive, in many cases our Orders get to you within 3-5 days, this does not apply to Personalized Orders.

How do I pay for my Order?

We accept Payment by Pay Pal and all Major Credit/Debit Cards.

Can I return the Products if I don’t like them?

Where do you Deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to the UK.

I still haven't received my order even though I've been notified of its dispatch?

Please email us at bubblemoon2017@gmail.com stating your name and providing as much information about your order and we will look into it immediately so that we can get this resolved quickly for you.
